The momentum is building fast across Radio One and CSE Crosscom, and it’s clear: we’re entering a new era of opportunity to serve our customers with more power, more expertise, and more reach than ever before.
In August 2024, we proudly welcomed RFC Wireless into the CSE Crosscom USA family. With another U.S. dealer set to join us in Q2 2025 (pending a smooth close), our national footprint is expanding rapidly. These new additions are more than just growth milestones – they’re accelerators of our mission to deliver reliable, scalable safety and security solutions wherever our customers need them, across every vertical market.
Behind every great solution we deliver is a great partnership. Motorola Solutions is the powerhouse behind the radios, body cameras, surveillance technology, and ecosystem intelligence that keep our customers safe, efficient, and strong. Their innovation is the backbone of our operational-critical communications and security, and we’re proud to work hand-in-hand with them to bring future-ready technology to the front lines of education, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, utilities, transportation, and more.
Our integration strategy remains thoughtful and people-first. On Day 1, nothing changes – we listen, we learn, and we build strong relationships with the acquired teams. From there, collaboration begins to flow naturally and spreads quickly. This approach has earned the trust of our teams and customers alike, and it’s setting the foundation for long-term success.
As we grow, we’re combining our strengths in new and powerful ways. Through our CSE Crosscom global family of partners we have a vast level of expertise and experience that are transferable and ultimately make us very capable and proficient with any size project. One team may bring expertise the other didn’t have and together, we deliver more complete, more capable solutions. It’s this kind of synergy that helps our customers not just succeed but truly thrive.
We’ve also acquired a network of long-term relationships with trusted Local Service Providers across the globe – partners we can activate to support key projects when our own team isn’t on-site. This flexibility ensures we always deliver with confidence, consistency, and the high standards our customers count on.
Several large global customers have already shared how much they value CSE Crosscom’s global reach when we’re involved in their projects, whether through Radio One, RFC Wireless, or one of our other international teams. They recognize the added value we bring greater scale, deeper expertise, and the ability to make strategic investments that likely weren’t possible under prior ownership. Our 24/7 Network Operations Center is a perfect example, enabling us to monitor and support customer networks around the clock.
With operations now spanning three continents, our geographic and vertical market expansion is helping us reach customers wherever they are – and serve them better. Together with Motorola Solutions and our global team, we are building safer, stronger, more connected communities and businesses.
