As a Service Specialist, Radio One/CSE Crosscom has achieved Motorola Solutions’ highest levels` of certification for companies providing repairs and services with respect to Motorola Solutions’ deep portfolio of voice, video and data solutions.
Certified Service Center Status
In addition to being recognized as a Motorola Solutions Service Specialists, Radio One/CSE Crosscom is also recognized as Certified Service Center (CSC) through a third-party accreditation. CSC certification is designed to help customers find quality service centers with a set standard of professionalism that demonstrates that quality customer service and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance.
These requirements have been determined by representatives of all facets of the service industry. CSC status is obtained through independent certifying bodies composed of several electronics associations designated by the CSC organization, including ETA-I.
In addition, general technician and installer certifications for Service Specialists are obtained through Electronics Technicians Association International (ETA-I). ETA-I is a third-party, independent certifying body recognized by the electronics industry as a leader in certification.
