When I joined Radio One CSE Crosscom in Orlando, Florida, on June 3, 2024, I was excited about the opportunity to be part of a company with such a strong local reputation and an elite status within the Motorola Solutions Channel Partner community. Having spent eight years with Motorola Solutions as a North American Business Development Manager, I understood the critical role that Radio One plays as a strategic partner. Now, as the General Manager of Radio One/CSE Crosscom, I am focused on leading our team through growth and transformation as part of CSE Crosscom’s global expansion and its passion for helping customers solve their most challenging productivity, safety, and security concerns.
Radio One marked CSE Crosscom’s first U.S. acquisition, adding to its established presence in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. More recently, Crosscom welcomed RFC Wireless in Fremont, California, into the family. CSE Crosscom continues to assess opportunities for further acquisitions in the U.S. This growth is part of a strategic vision to expand CSE’s impact in the safety and security industry, aligning with Motorola Solutions’ Solving for Safer initiatives.
Since joining Radio One/CSE Crosscom, my focus has been on working with our team to evolve our capabilities beyond Push-To-Talk radios and fully embrace a broader, end-to-end voice, video, and data analytics approach to safety and security. We are aligning with Motorola Solutions to help our customers solve challenges in productivity, safety, and security. Our broader inclusion of interoperable voice, video, data analytics, and command center solutions allows us to provide a holistic safety and security offering to our customers.
I am incredibly proud of the work we are doing at Radio One/CSE Crosscom and grateful to be leading a team committed to making a real impact in Florida and beyond. We are growing our capabilities, expanding our staff, and reinforcing our position as the leading Motorola Solutions Channel Partner in Florida. Our success will ultimately be judged by the team’s ability to design, deploy, and maintain world-class solutions for our customers. As we continue to grow, I’m especially excited about our upcoming Radio One Day at the Hard Rock Hotel on Wednesday, March 19. This event will give our customers the opportunity to see firsthand how we are expanding our solutions to enhance safety and security. We will be hosting both morning and afternoon sessions, and I encourage our customers to join us in learning more about these critical enterprise initiatives.
I invite you to join us on this journey as we continue working to improve safety and security across the state. Together, we are not just selling solutions—we are making a difference.
